4. Content & IP

You retain rights to your content. You grant Barracks Media a license to use submitted materials solely to deliver the services. Site design, code, and branding are owned by Barracks Media.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse of the services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
